Got this portrait of my daughter’s horse done for her birthday and she LOVED it! The Likeness is spot on and the horse looks great against the stripey background. It is soooo good. Really great service. My precious Bunty crossed over the rainbow bridge and I wanted something to remind me of her. Charlie was amazing, I sent over about 10 photos and he helped me pick the best one (I was still in an emotional state!) My dog Alfie had recently passed away so I wanted something to represent him. He was such a handsome boy who is missed every day. However, the goregous picture ensures his memory lives on. I got 2 prints. They couldn’t have been more helpful when I was super disappointed from the first photo I uploaded. I managed to get 2 great photos. My only gripe (and the reason for 4 stars) is that I had said over and over that my prints were going to be next to each other and so I wanted them to fit perfectly, had asked for my horses head to be made bigger which they said they had done but they hadn’t. My dog’s head is ginormous next to my horses and it looks a little silly but I will get used to it. Overall though I love the prints and am happy with how they deal with their company. Really recommend.
