Shipping policy

 

1. Shipping Processing Time

  • Production Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as customs delays for international orders.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: IOW or Nowhere is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • IOW or Nowhere ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

7. Returns Policy

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us with your order number and a photograph of the product's condition.
