It captures our boy B perfectly. The first photo we supplied didn’t quite do B’s personality the justice it deserved so we rejected the first piece of artwork, sent another photo and a note, and the second artwork approval was accepted in a flash. Our boy passed away in our arms 2 weeks prior, and for a moment it felt like he was back. Thank you.

Charlie was great in sorting out some initial problems with the portrait. His quick response and willingness to provide a solution produced a splendid end result and a very satisfied customer.
It took three revisions of the original but with Charlie's prompt response to my feedback, everything was sorted quickly. Excellent customer service and a splendid portrait.

Sometimes you don't know how good a business is with its customer service until there's a glitch. This is where House of Sully (Charlie in particular) excels. Delighted!

Really great service. My precious Bunty crossed over the rainbow bridge and I wanted something to remind me of her. My dog Alfie had recently passed away so I wanted something to represent him. He was such a handsome boy who is missed every day. However, the goregous picture ensures his memory lives on. Bought it for my husbsnd, it captures Alfie perfectly especially around the eyes. Have odered another, which I’m waiting for.

I got 2 prints. They couldn’t have been more helpful when I was super disappointed from the first photo I uploaded. I managed to get 2 great photos. My only gripe (and the reason for 4 stars) is that I had said over and over that my prints were going to be next to each other and so I wanted them to fit perfectly, had asked for my horses head to be made bigger which they said they had done but they hadn’t. My dog’s head is ginormous next to my horses and it looks a little silly but I will get used to it. Overall though I love the prints and am happy with how they deal with their company. Really recommend.
